Will the 'will' do?

There has been a lot of discussion in this forum abt the repercussions of the 'will' that Kn has got signed by SS through deceit, but unfortunately nobody has taken into consideration the legal standing of this document.
Although I m not a legal expert but I don't think that the will made by the owner of a property is irrevocable so long as he is alive. Now since SS is the owner of TN and other property, he has the freedom to change his will anytime. Given that Kn can't keep this secret for long, it is certain that SS will file a petition to this effect. Whenever it happens the existing will is bound to become null n void.
The only chance for Kn to claim the property is to kill SS.
In this scenario, is'nt it premature for Kn to rejoice?

1 more pbj from pratgya i think is coming telling sajjan and shakti amma menka and dadi about law and message to takhurs that father can challenge shakti papers in court anytime and if sajjan guard are loyal to sajjan then shakti cant take control of sajjan and the way he is thinking is very stupid and menka also soo no worries

first shakti said to menka you have to wait till my father alive now he is doing such things becoz of menka and this will leads shakti nowhere doing all things without thinking

im not an legal expert as well😆 but i think ss thumb print was taken when he was in bhang effect... that is not valid as well... in my view...

Yes true, riyya... Plus, I feel SS has to be present in person before the magistrate while making such an important will.

But he already signed (Bhang Effect). Documents are on process as well !! So i dont think SS can change it further. They have to go through the legal fight.

But bro, I feel that the 'will' should take effect only after the death of SS. Expert opinion badly needed here..hehe
