Kirshna knows the truth, he overheard the conversation of sisters.. and he is upset that pratigya hid the the truth from him. or he is rather embarrassed that his wife faced so many hurdles due to him..

I also think that Krishna knows the truth. he is unusally quiet. He is not talking to either SS or P. He would have been fighting with SS about the remarriage issue when he raised it. I am also sure he would have been disucssing with P about Komal if he was not so worried and did not know the truth about the report.
