Judging by Krishna's behavior since they have come home, it seems certain that he heard all of the convo of Arushi and Pratz. He was silent and so aloof toward Pratz that it confirmed to me that he heard the conversation.

KP room : K sitting on bed looking perturbed... P comes out and says I know you are worried by what happened at MMFG today... she apologises for Adr's behaviour and tries to console him by telling him to forget what happened, since Adr has now realised his mistake and has apologised to Kml... she then changes topic and tells him its surprising how yr anger vanished when chinki requested you... children are really magical.. they can make one forget all their anger, worries, grief, etc... children really make the bond bet a couple stronger...
K hurt by her words... he tells her you are right, children make a couple's bond stronger... he gets up and walks out... P looking perturbed..
