One thing u didnt notice as it is very easy for anyone to be strong, but it is very difficult for prats like girl to be like this which prats is taking all the things in a very easy manner- like how she didnt react when menaka visited her room and started taunting in ME episode but how she remained cool. Unless POPS go with the treatment of K without the family finding out it is only a matter of time that the truth will come out. The reports are out there in the clinic they went to, so anyone can get their hands on it. When the truth gets out it can create a bigger mess.
