Evening in TN : Everyone outside the front door lighting crackers... KN and SS enjoying the most... initially K standing to one side just watching... but on P's request he lights a sparkler and hands it to her... P delighted and smiling... K looks at her and suddenly remember's Nilima's words, that P can never be happy with someone like him... his face turns sad... P unaware...
G on terrace, watching the festivities going on below... Gunga approaches her with some fire crackers in his hands.. G tells him I don't want crackers paid by SS money... Gunga tells her I bought these with my own salary... G happy... both light the crackers... Gunga suddenly suffers from a small burn on his finger...
