SS has no right to kick Krishna and Shakti out of the haveli...because the haveli seems ancestral property.

First as long as the mother GD is alive, the haveli should have been on her name and not SS.

Second even though Haveli belongs to SS, because it is an ancestral property, Shakti and Krishna can always ask for their share legally.

It is a different story, if the Haveli is made by SS with his hard work, then he has full right to decide who will stay and who will be kicked out or who will inherit his property.

The haveli has been mortgaged at present to arrange money for the kidnapper😃

yes no matters who tht haveli belongs to , its mortgaged right now so cant say anytime even SS can b kiked out then lets see wht G does, whether she be with SS with no property or run away. right now she is enjoying and taking all liberties just bcos SS powers but wht when he also lose everything then wht will she do???

Well CVS may have so conveniently and magically skipped the mortgage aspect altogether along with Sankata and Makhnu who vanished into thin air as usual. So Property does matter but both K and KN won't argue SS over it at least for now.
