Pratigya doesn't believe in tit for tat and has been very upset with her husband, Krishna's, rowdy behaviour. To get his father back from the kidnapper, Makhnu Singh, Krishna had kidnapped his daughter Sunehri.

A horrified Pratigya protested but to no avail. The change in Krishna's attitude and him reverting to his old self has been a huge cause of concern for Pratigya.

Pratigya is pretty agitated about the happenings in life and says, "Krishna is a pure at heart, somewho is simple but because he has been brought up in an atmosphere where violence is the answer to most questions, he can't help himself. I have tried to make him a better person and seen the change in him - be it opening the dhaba or admitting to his fault ? which is a huge deal for a man like him. But when he is threatened or his loved ones are harmed, he reverts to his old self. Now with Bauji in danger, there is no stopping him. I have tried to persuade him to follow the right path, go to the police but he believes in taking action and doing things his way. He wants some control over the situation and he felt kidnapping his daughter girl was the best way to get Manku's attention. I have pleaded and begged him not to do so and ultimately even drew comparison with my own abduction. I was untouched and pure when I was released yet Krishna who loved me so much, doubted my integrity and it took a lot of convincing. Isn't he doing the same with this girl? Isn't that horribly wrong? I hope my words reach him and he understands."

Will this changed behaviour affect her relationship with Krishna? "No we are in a good place. We understand each other well. He is a fog of anger right now and I know he loves me and I believe that he will eventually do the right thing. He sees reasons but I hope it comes to him in time and not when it is too late."

Krishna explains his side, "I want my Bauji back at any cost. I won't listen to the nonsense Shakti bhaiya spews or cries of Amma or the gyaan Pratigya gives about going to the police- I just want to bring my father back ?hale and hearty. What is wrong with that? Ok, so I kidnapped Manku's daughter, but I have kept her at home and she is fine. We are looking after her. Sure Shakti bhaiya has been causing trouble from the word go and now I have decided to do something about it. I know Pratigya finds this angry side of me tough to handle and doesn't want me to be violent but I can't help myself. It is a protective instinct and I revert to my old habits and nature and ensure no one harms me or my family. Wouldn't any person do the same? I hope Pratigya understood me better but she feels the righteous path is the right one whereas I believe in taking things in my own hand and doing something."

A STAR Plus.in source shares, "Pratigya and the family members were shocked to see Shakti in Sunheri's room and Krishna decided to keep the key to the room with him instead of Amma. He wonders about the girl and Pratigya once again tries to make him understand that what he has done is wrong. Krishna will have a battle of wills and eventually he will release the girl hoping Manku Singh does the same."
