Maybe those scenes were shot beforehand...they might have been part of the script right from the start...
Personally ..I dunno how they could have introduced a filler right in the middle of this sequence..i.e. the naming ceremony...
I see this situation..as Anupamji fell ill ...they had no bank of episodes...they are shooting on the day of telecast..and hence have to repeat yesterday's telecast...

They shouldn't do that..show a new episode ..and then probably a repeat telecast after that on thursday...😕 ..that is if the situation is still really bad...

or they could always go for ...the story so far...and could be shown for the rest of the week atleast...
watching old MKAP scene is much much better than these recent episodes...

It is reported Pooja spends too many hours shooting..
Arhaan's look itself has changed slightly than before toiling so much
SS n SDS have put more than 100% to the show...

so much of hard work n still such things..should be disheartening them ..poor things!
