Krishna pleas for forgiven, Takurain hand cooks a meal for Prats. Shamu unncessarily comes to see Prats at the hospital empty handed.Mera's Mini-newsletter (WORD COUNT: 1710)
This time it's Krishna with the same long hair minus the heavy beard during his hospital scene. Krishna starts the scene off trying to cry and the emotion just didn't make it, but the minute he started talking the emotions kicked in high gear and the nuances fell into place. He pleads with her to be well soon and promises to live by her codes of behavior. Whatever it takes! He pours his heart out to Prats that he is a lost soul unable to take a step forward in life without her by his side to see this beautiful world in all it's glory. Just the simple truth from the heart. ššš¼ So this is Krishna's version of what Prats did when he almost croaked after sucking poison off her.š²š¤š Can we have some fresh scenarios going forward instead of the same thing said every time.
Krishna promises Prats he will earn an honest living, work hard, break rocks anything he has to if she will only be by his side.
A fast walking Inspector arrives at the Niwas as SS is about to call it a night after being on an emotional rollercoaster on an exhausting day at the hospital. The Inspector scopes the interior of the Niwas and gauges his chances of lining his pocketsand informs SS he is aware that Krishna shot and tried to kill his wife and the family has suppressed this information and failed to inform the police. He tells SS he is there to arrest Krishna not for a tea party. SS reads this Inspector's greed for power and gives him his word to do the needful when the time is right. And right he was for the Inspector shakes hands with SS to seal the deal and leaves the Niwas, the idea of arresting Krishna flying out of his mind. Didn't the Inspector first think to go to the hospital where Prats is lying unconscious to find Krishna?š²
Arey wah! The Saxes are lip synching to a bhajan in praise of Lord Krishna at MMGJ or how else could Naina Waterfall and Dadi have the same nightingale voices when they break into song? Takurs are assembled before their deity Durga maa. GD pleads with Goddess to save Prats for she is the one who can save their family. Kesamma toys around with an ant under foot while the rest are praying. She pretends to go back into praying mode after Takurain is on to her shenanighans and lack of praying for Prats.
Prats awakens to find Krishna sleeping seated by her his head on her bed next to her. Another recycled scene from Krishna's stay at the hospital. She smiles in recognition and tries to reach out to touch him but her weak hands refuse to budge. A nurse arrives and Krishna awakens and can't believe he nodded off. He wants to know Prats is fine. Prats blinks at him to assure Krishna and he leaves the room while the nurse attends to her after he puts up resistance.
As soon as the nurse leaves Krishna returns to the room and wants to know why Prats stepped in the line of fire and put her life at risk to prevent him from the law. Didn't she think about his plight if something happened to her? She never thought of him just once. He'd be among the living dead. "Be angry, scold me I'll live looking at you, but I can't life without you" he cried holding her hand in his.Editing alert: The modulation right about now in his speech, lacked continuity, the pitch and tone didn't match. Then it returns back to the original tone and pitch when he confesses tearly "I am a bad man, I am responsible for your state. I've sinned. Forgive me." Prats reached over and takes his hand to show she's forgiven him. Prats's thinking right about now is "Krishna ko ehsaas ho chukka hai".
Shamu arrives with maiden.š²š¤ Isn't she supposed to say at home and make herself useful by cooking roti, dhal, chawal and sabzi for Shamu & Co nashta? Naina Waterfall in no hurry to see her daughter Prats today? Shamu rewinds and replays what he told Prats during Krishna's stay at the hospital ā¦ā¦ today he tells Krishna his Prats will be fine. POPS can we stop recycling dialogues from the past. They are becoming very predictable. This after snitching to the police about shooting Prats. Did he really think SS will nip it and stop Krishna from going to jail just the way he bailed KN out for a premeditated attempted to kill his wife?
Shamu inquires about Prats wellbeing and the lady who we presumed was weak to the bones spoke up for her father "I'm fine Papa". So when Krishna was talking to her ā¦.cat got her tongue? Another situation where Papa upstages Krishna, no wonder Krishna doesn't want to let Prats out of his sight! Never know when Shamu will turn his daughter against him, after all he did tell the police Krishna shot Prats upon questioning from the Inspector.
Shamu lays the groundwork to fend off some off the fireworks that may arise later. He tells Prats she's very lucky she's got a loving husband like Krishna. Doesn't Prats know it? Preaching to the choir? Kriya exchange a glance, Prats still remembering his breach of trust and he recognizing and looking down unable to meet her eyes. Interesting isn't it to see maiden standing there with a satisfied smile listening in on the conversation and she's not even reminded of her "mistake". Is this the same girl who once attempted to upstage Prats as her jetani only to run crying back to Mummy Papa for a blunder?
Takurain makes a dramatic entrance with Kesar by her side. She thanks God for opening her bahu's eyes. She repeats to Prats "God has opened your eyes". Is that a double entendre here? A clue to something we will see Prats will realize now? Any guesses? "Krishna went mad worried about you, what did he not do?" she says in dramatic tones. "You have a new lease on life. Your sasur was also very worried". She never fails to sing SS's praises when the opportunity presents itself. As SS bragged to Kesamma, Takurain keeps her man happy as Prats is a good wife to Krishna. "Your one mistake put you in this position. Had you not raised a hand on Raade this wouldn't have happened." She shifts gears and tells Prats she made the food just for her. Prats needs to work on her nuances in expression to show her reaction to Takurain. Takurain gave a lallantop āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļønuanced performance today going from being dramatic, concerned, happy to taunting and concerned and caring again. Very entertaining to see Takurain as a woman of many facets not just a one trick pony. š
Krishna refuses to leave Prats's bedside. Baba has become very clingy now? So maid en offers to take get the bucket of milk from the jeep. Kesar looks rather nervous, she knows the Takur octopus is waiting outside in his jeep. This is the second time we've seen KN outside the hospital. Is he showing moral support to his brother but unwilling to fess up to it? Is there a caring brother under that rough, cruel exterior? He may hate Prats's guts but still protective of his Baba. Is KN a misogynist?
Oh no, maiden's hair flies in the wind as she spots the man she illegally married lounging in the jeep. After teasing her he finally lets her take the bucket of milk. He tells her to halt on her way back and she promptly does. Isn't she supposed to keep on walking so her sister can get a warm glass of milk? Instead she spins around and glares at him with her hair flying in the breeze. What was the need to give this man an audience unnecessarily. Me thinks this woman likes to play around with the big bear. He tells her the angry glances makes him horny and foolishly tips his hand when he questions her absence at MMGJ on holi day. She's wondering if he was the intruder that day? Do we really care who sneaks into her house to see her? No siree! Or is she visualizing KN in a saree on holi day again. He wants her to tell him what's wrong with him. Like he doesn't already know! KN as a teasing lotharia did well.
POPS, please don't go there. The last time KN-Maiden track came around as the central track the show took a beating in the TRPS and is still recovering from the fall. Don't tell us we didn't warn you later on. Caution Pops!
Preview:Krishna tells SS he wants to tell him something. SS smartly interrupts and tells Baba "not say but ask for what it is you want". Krishna says he wants some money, as a loan, to start a business and he will repay with interest later. He says will be very grateful if SS lends him a helping hand for one last time. Was that a look of satisfaction on SS's face after realizing he was right about his son not being a working man until now or was it a look of a father's pride that his son has finally grown up and was about to start making a living for himself? Is he wondering where Prats got the money she gave Takurain if Krishna didn't hold a job? Will he return Prats's earning back to Krishna and tell him Takurs never ate with the earnings of their women in the house? Will Prats's earnings from the article serve as the seed money that helps Krishna in starting his business? This way when Krishna succeeds KN and Kesamma can't argue that KN should get a share of Baba's high flying business later on. When SS and SDS are exiled from their Niwas, if at all, they can turn to Baba and his Babu for take care of them.
