Fast paced in the sense that the whole episode was not focused on one thing like last week the magalsutra or the Saxes Dine out....

Krishna did not give poor Pratigya a chance to open her mouth....Though she tried her hardest...

Arushi could be a background track used when leads a little tied up and shown then....Not required to have a track on its own...

You can be educated and be foolish and unethical. The Sax are a prime eg. Families like them do exist. It is only objectionable that cvs are trying to justify bad behavior.

I wish that Sax were meant to be shown with shades of grey rather than glorified.
