I have not yet seen her treating him as an equal ..that's why..falls at his feet when he does her bidding, takes him to task and becomes condescending when he spouts his own views...I do not call that equal relationship..would you..it reminds of a pet and master relations..the animal is rewarded if it does the master's bidding or is beaten when it fails to do so...same here..

They did want her to work ..and many still want her too ...but there is the matter of approach ..u adopt a confrontationist approach , it will give to hostile reception..but if she were to adopt the reconciltory approach then the result would have been favorable...y'day's her approach was in confontationist mode..that's why many revolted against her instead of supporting her..

Though I got what u r saying Sathya, but still couldn't accept the pet concept,.... ...
Ok, U know even I don't go well with confrontationist approach... I wanna ask why ppl trying to support n accept K how he is n they don't bash him, instead they r defending him giving lame excuses... But why this is not happening to the real heroine 'Pratigya'.... its more like we[females] bash ourselves.... why can't she be herself.... she is not tht bad... except for some negatives... even K has got ... for tht matter in real life also...nobody is tht perfect....

This is my perception on the matter:

Nobody is perfect but they do not address the faults of Prats. Speaking in a confrontational tone does not denote strongness, IMO. I think she could have handled the matter better without what was said. Even when Arushi was in her evil avatar she did not speak to her in the manner she spoke to Krishna. Did she say to her that because this marriage is illegal I will have to report you. No. She gave a umpteen opportunities to rectify her mistake and took it upon herself to help her out. Why has she not given him suggestions on how and what kind of work K can do. Why the heavy handedness? Her approach should be more of understanding.

Star, u can call me babitha, Yes, i do agree... iam really not happy with the way P handle the situation whn it matters K.... may be she thinks... he is really capable of taking things challenging.... may be she knowstht her sis is not capable of tht n may backfire...
But i liked the way K got angry yest... come on K, we should see u in ur old self.... N wanna hear K K music... iam sure P will love tht too....😉... iam very sure...like everybody expecting P to tk initiative in romance will tk place whn he is busy with his work....😉

Babs, I am not asking you to accept my views..I am telling you why I said "Pet" ...

K has got negatives not some , a whole lots ...The problem with Pratigya is one..as u so rightly said , she is a heroine..so her flaws should be minimal..but here she is shown to be very flawed ..her character has remained static...there is dichotomy in her principles ..one for her, one for Thakur's, one for Saxena's [should it be trichotomy]..and this is not liked by viewer's..

Second she keeps on telling "get a job" without offering any ideas of her own esp when Krishna has said that the only job he knows are what his father has been doing and is still doing..so as a educated girl, she should be offering him inputs , instead of blankly saying "get a job" ..and even when he has said that i am uneducated, cant get the work ....what does she do ..does she behave like a logical , thinking human...nope..she brushes his objection's aside without even pausing to weigh his words ...People watching this will consider it to be uncaring ...which naturally will lead to dislike..

forget addressing the faults..it is not even made out to be faults..it is made out to be some kind of positive quality one should have...

you forget star...that Aarushi is a Saxena..so she is pure as virgin snow ..and a long rope can be handed out to her whereas the Thakur's are tarred with a black brush ...slightest deviation from the path of virtue and they go to the slammer...


what irks me about Pratigya is her inability to learn or get things done ...

K is really capable of getting a job on his own... why waiting for her to give inputs n credits to her again.... he is the hero.... He sure will come up successful ndi want the whole credit should go to him only...P should herself accept tht she didn't give him any support except for sending him out in cold...

Do you think Prats will ever learn from the past because none of the Saxes seem to reflect on their own behaviour. All live by this righteous way and condemn all others who dont follow it.

Do you think the blame has to lie with the actors for not endearing us to their flaws and badly written characters. Sometimes if the acting is good one overlooks the flaws in their characters and enjoy what is being said, but in this serial the Saxes & P are shredded to pieces for their simple scenes.

Krishna is capable fo getting a job provided he has the freedom to select his own course..but here again he is constrained by Pratigya's lawful JOB...and Krishna has no clue as to the lawful job..and he will need inputs to know what is lawful and unlawful...his immediate environment is filled with people who think money obtained from any way is good..and he has grown getting this idea drummed up into his head..as a result his inner compass is blunted and he does not know whether the job he is doing is right or wrong..and this is where Pratigya comes in and this is where Pratigya is needed..but unfortunately Pratigya is unable to tide him out ...

This is a heroine oriented show Babs, each and everything happening on the show will and should have Pratigya's stamp..and Pratigya should be the woman behind Krishna's success..and shehas to step in instead of pontificating constantly.

By all reasons..it should be Krishna we should dislike caz he is an unapologetic MCP ,lazy , a parasite who lives on his father's blood, but we like him ..the reason is the actor..he plays him with immense conviction whereas the actors of Sax lack conviction and merely mouth their parts and do not live it ...they come across as caricatures failing to involve us emotionally ..so most of the time they tend to induce irritation and fatigue ...

I blame the actors and partially the CV's for not briefing them properly..

yah!!! Pointificating constantly is pointificated constantly by us, but nobody is hearing n rectifying it... lets hope for the best....in coming epis atleast... any way tanth... u r combining words n creating new words, tht only we can understand dear... luv it... 😉😆
