yeah.........now u understood my reason for reuqsting mods for a seprate theard for video intrview.................newbie's can feel neglected by such response............just bz he don't know about the rules of forum..............but i lyk shreya's approach by helping the member............😳

I agree. Am sure this particular forum has plenty of mods and are not wanting to recruit more. So just a bit of help given here and there in a polite way would be courteous and welcoming. This will make people want to join our forums rather than running from it. If someone hasn't been rude to us then why be rude to them I'm glad you share my sentiments on this.
