Appreciate the show for what it is - Page 3

Hi LT,

People are not looking for dramatic changes in the character of Krishna,Pratigya or other's..People are wondering WHY there has been dramatic changes in a few established Strong characters..As u put it..It is the meshing of various characters with its own foibles and quirks which makes this show interesting and vibrating.. SO why Tinker with it ...That has been our question ??



I would not call it arrogance, I would say it is passion , a intense desire of the viewers to see HIS/HER serial without any flaws [I am not talking about character's here]..We know and do understand Pratigya's blindness and are OK with it...but it is the sanctimony and justification [provided by CV's ] for the way Pratigya behaves that is rejected ............show her with flaws, Show her as human , we are cool with it ..but do not try to prop her as a pin up girl for model behavior.. we are willing to see her as a mortal with weakness who has some exceptional qualities .. But we do not and would not like to see her as the righteous queen ,,which is what the CV's are trying so hard to make us believe..

The Characters with their frailties have been sketched out by the CV's..But when the self same CV's could clinically slice up Krishna's character, Sajjan Sing's Character, and now Adarsh's Character..Then why is Pratigya spared the scalpel..she is still a young girl who will be learning many lessons in her daily life...why aren't we shown that simple fact ??


I disagree... Most of the character's have gone astray, The usually cunning and clever SS has become an empty air bag, his legendary cunning and his ability to judge ppl's intention in a jiffy has gone , Krishna's inherent intelligence, his intuitive judgment, his confidence has been wiped off, Amma has been reduced to taunting queen, Shakthi has lost his claws, Komal yo-yo's.. .. and we are demanding the restoration of the basic traits of these character's..for even though People change...some of the basic qualities never change and also changes do not happen so fast and so quickly ... which unfortunately leads to unconvincing portrayal of this characters..

Exactly!! Lovestea..Characters do not change overnight ..and we are questioning why this has happened in this show ...
