Friends,

Ever since I had started watching the show, I have been in a state of anticipation regarding the unfolding of the character Komal.

There are so many things about her that I wanted to know about but didn't know who to ask. Allow me now to put this Qs to you guys-

Has the banker Adarsh kept Komal with himself as a surety for loaning out P and now A to the Thakurs.By any stretch of imagination can they be called a married couple.

The kind of marital rel. that Kom and Ad have is impossible and absolutely unbelievable.I can understand Ad not being in love with Komal but what about the other aspects. Is Adarsh is 'asexual'. This is my politest inference.

Is Komal a counterpart of Kesar. Does her character show the educated way to make a married woman to feel like a pc. of furniture.

Why did we have the track of Ko's false pregnancy. What was the significance of that in the whole scheme of things.

What was the point of showing the invalidity of Adarsh bec' of the accident.Tam tam is too ridiculous a track.

Kom/Ad and Jay's day out-- what was the meaning of scene, what did that prove except that Komal is a voracious eater.

Is komal suffering from any mental problems and is therefore a social embarrassment to the Saxena's.

Why has no effort has been made to mould Komal into a presentable personality. I used to think Kom's charac could be groomed like My Fair Lady

Is it possible for any married woman to live under those circumstances without giving any thought to the plight she is in. With a silly grin plasted on her face, her sudden burst of rantings Komal really appears to be of unsound mind at times.

Why did we have Jay?

Regarding what is happening to the rest of the show, I am not detached enuf to do its postmortem. It hurts.
