Saxena's Misfortune - Who to blame?

Ever since the serial has started, one or the misfortune has fallen on the Saxena family. And everytime we've endured hours and hours of Nainaji crying, "Hey Bhagwan, yeh sab humarey saath kyun hota hai" 😭 Be it Prats kidnapping, her arranged marriage breaking, Adarsh's and Prat's marriage in a notorious family, Adarsh's accident leaving him unable to walk, Prof going to jail for Angad's murder, Arushi's wedding getting called off and her getting married in the same notorious family.
And time and again, we've blamed Saxena's for causing their own misfortunes. By not talking things out clearly, by hiding matters from each other. By making stupid decisions of getting married to the wrong people.
The question is: Are the Saxena's really as Bechaarey as they believe they are? Are they really unfortuanate souls, cursed by God to have everything go wrong in their lives? Or are their troubles caused by them only? Are they themselves to blame for hitting such a low in their lives that the father had a heart attack and the mother was ready to poison the whole family? Or have circumstances left them no choice?
Who to blame, who's the root cause? Prats? Krishna? Professor? Angad?

Truthfully the problem is the Saxena's themselves they are educated yet fail to realize the outcome of marrying for revenge can only be bad and Arushi is simply lacking a brain she has the example of her sister in front of her the difficulties she was forced to face but she chose to take it a step further and marry a man who she knew was an animal as well as already married to ruin her sisters life pathetic It's embarrassing to think that this family is meant to represent an educated middle class family !!

Before they can truly blame anyone else they should look within themselves and understand you cannot look down on others simply because they are different or are uneducated this family has always made assumptions based on the others college degree or family background and are simply paying for their stupidity the professor taught his children from books but never once portrayed the importance of common sense, he is ready to flaunt his education and to this day has not accepted Krishna for his kindness and love but is still ready to overlook him simply because he is uneducated !! And I truly fail to understand why they are always ready to pity themselves when a part from prats they have never had the strength to stand up for themselves !!

True Binny! Love the above Para, you've explained so beautifully 👏 The Professor never accepted Krishna as his son-in-law deep down in his heart.
Sometimes, I used to think that these poor Saxena's have been struck by an unlucky curse. They were a happy family until Angad and Krishna came along. But then again, every house has its problems, but having bookish knowledge only, the Saxena's didn't know how to face them. The first mistake Prof made was in ALLOWING Prats to marry her supposed kidnapper. Furthermore, by constantly degrading her husband and in-laws in front of her, he indirectly convinced her into thinking herself superior to them.
The Prof was the one who convinced Prats to hide the kidnapping truth from Krishna, and let matters get worse. The Prof should also be blamed for letting Arushi plan to marry Aman when he was told Aman was two-timing Arushi. He should be blamed for allowing Arushi to continue with the marriage to KN.
Shyam Saxena really is the cause of his children's troubles. Father's are supposed to guide their kids when they are wrong, this father stands on the side-lines watching his kids commit life-changing mistakes. How are we to feel sorry for him in this case?

Brilliantly put - and I ditto these sentiments entirely, hence why I put them in the order that I did....

Wonder what the CVs will have to say for this? Here they keep on trying to show him as the musibat ka maara father..... and yet we all blame him for the trouble in his kids lives 😆

Well said Elle 😊

The professor has been a weak role model for his children and regardless of his faults his children have been taught to look up to his unacceptable and hollow ideals he is a man who has spent his entire life teaching his children certain principles yet when the time came he did not think twice before contradicting himself his teachings !! He taught prats to always support the truth and fight for justice, yet in the face of a crisis he chose to either run or take the easy way out he forgave Jai simply because he wanted to marry Arushi off to an educated family, and did not once show the courage to fight for his older daughter against the Mathurs unacceptable condition or to stop the wedding when he clearly stated he trusted prats suspicions !!

Loved the bold parents are supposed to show their children the correct path and stop them from making mistakes but here the professor as well as Naina ji simply pleaded when they are the ones who have the right as well as the obligation to take a strong stand regardless of what their kids say but no they chose to stand on the sidelines and watch their children ruin their lives in the name of revenge !!!

The professorwa in particular rattles me because on the one hand he lauds his bahadur beti, and on the other hand behaves so bebass and cowardly himself....
The final straw for me was watching him shriek "who will marry my daughter" when Argh!oosiya was ditched by Aman........I mean, what is that about???
He is a bechara in some regards but when he needed to stand firm he didnt - so the rest just doesnt matter!
As for the CVs, the less said about them the better, theyre just a buch of monkeys!😆

Prof. Shamu has always been the BILLAIN in his children's lives. He always says "humey kya chahiye, sirf apne beti kush rahe aur kuch nahi".

Yet when Komal asked Adarsh money for a makeover he told her Rs. 3000 is a lot of money be careful how you spend it. Like she was asking them for money all the time.

When Prats wanted to tell Krishna the truth about the kidnapping he told her not to, bec' Krishna was unpredictable. His latest ones include solo invitation to Arushi's wedding, not believing Prats when she said Aman was a two-timing lieyer. He could have put his foot down and said no to the wedding but he didn't.

When Arushi wanted to marry Aman he could have said no and told IG about it. He could have shown strength and led his family home quietly to deal with the mess instead of screaming "who will marry my daughter?" which sent his daughter into a panic to take a married man's offer to marry.

Over time Nainaji has also stopped her her daughters and Komal from doing the right thing more concerned about "what will the neighbors say" attitude.

Shamu is great at reciting poetry but never once has he applied what he admires in litreature.

Some people has all the lucky in the world, some don't have any.......Could it be the way one think, that make them lucky and unlucky. I can never feel sorry or sympathize with any of the Saxenas, lets forget about Pratz and Krishna, Aadarsh and Komal marriage. what father so high on education, and his respect, allowed his daughter (a daughter who can't think for herself) to marry a man who already has a wife at home, who is legally married to his wife . This educated man shamu, dosen't he know what bigamy is or the law or is this somehow Krishna fault too .
As Mera always say he is the biggest enemy in his children lifes.
