I was never overweight but due to depression I put on weight....But it took time for me to believe I will loose the weight. I still have a stone and half to go.

One reason for me was family pressure saying that for marriage everyone wants a thin girl.......I resisted until I was ready to loose for myself.

Dont loose hope and if it is something you really want then only do it. Otherwise, one should be happy in their own skin..........😃
