1st of all LOVE of the romantic type is the most overrated emotion ever. it doesn't deserve all the attention it gets but still we r ready to pay attention when such love is mentioned. many young girls & boys r influenced by movies, tv shows & books so they end up getting a rather stylized, over the top, unrealistic image of love into their heads. arushi falls into the same category of young ppl.

Agree with u that Aarushi is ill equipped to deal with the realities of life and she is confusing her infatuation with love and this has become all the more precious cos there is opposition to it .

i've observed that in a lot books & movies both , it is ok to get raped by a handsome, dashing man,who is usually rich, has a famous last name who later repents, than an ordinary man. being mentally & physically tortured is considered rather delicious & thrilling if ur tormentor is all suave & debonair. only the ugly looking,the poor or ppl who already have shady characters r hated if they do something hideous. & we still wonder y some guys & girls give up their whole lives,education, careers, families to be with some1 which MOST of the time has really shitty consequences.

It is usually done to show that Love transforms even a devil into a saint ...as the saying goen Love can make a gentle man into a thief and a thief into a knight ...but in real life..thing dont go that way ...A Rascal remains just that !!

coming to real life, examples of such love i've seen & some i've dealt with haven't been impressive😆

1 thing i've noticed tho is that a lot of parents now a days encourage their daughters to nail good rishtas by hook or by crook. just like sucksenas.

Ambition and a determination to climb up the social ladder and also the fact that the society has become more money driven rather than Values driven ..plus a greed for more materials has enabled many ppl to shed their inhibitions and ethics ,just so that they can be upwardly mobile..

another point, every person is different & how they deal with situations is influenced by a lot of things like their own nature, their upbringing, education, how much exposure they've had socially etc.

The contrast has been provided by Aarushi, Pratigya and Kesar...

coming back to MKAP & arushi, this show wallas keep coming up with such weird stuff its hilarious. both the sucksenas & mathurs r shown to be these cultured parents, trying to instill good values, teaching their kids the difference between right & wrong and YET its their kids who keep making crappy choices & leading even crappier lives. they have also raised liars, criminals, ill mannered & full of themselves children. look at pasty aman, the things he is doing, neither his education nor his dad's principles worked on him. he is scum. same goes for the youngest mathur too. up until now jai has been shown to be a nasty lil brat. their eldest bro is also 1 helluva bitter, dripping acid all the time man.

where has all that teaching gone?

now lets compare the thakur kids with them. shakti no matter how much of an a-hole he is to his wife, married the girl his parents chose for him, is always obedient & does things to his parents' liking. he loves both his siblings even with all the death threats they keep swapping 😆. the laadla of TN was also shown to be a man who uses his brain before marriage. he can distinguish between right & wrong most of the time, thus, acting accordingly. he fell for prats so he does all he can to show & prove his love for her. same goes for komal, she is still in sucks how by her own choice.

The difference has been in the upbringing ..while in Mathur's it has been a Master and slave equation..In Sax's it has been a rigid boundary between parents and Kids..No attempt is made to understand the kids view point ...An order is passed and is expected to be obeyed ..which leads to lot of resentment and subterfuge ..while the Thakurs have always treated their kids as Human's, listened to them and explained the situation to them rather than forcing it on them

spitfire komal said yes to marriage just coz krishna wanted that marriage to happen. she didn't argue much, took just a few mins n was convinced. she accepted it as her fate coz it was her bro's word. look at arushi now. aman-arushi marriage is arranged. they didn't fall in love. they've known each other a very short time, infact she wanted to ditch aman coz prats cudnt attend her marriage but now she chose aman's word over prat's word. why?

my take on this is that arushi has always been ill mannered n bratty, to put it umm rather colorfully she is a biatch by nature . her misbehaving with some1 isn't the 1st time & it surely won't be the last. her whole family INCLUDING pratigya has always been ok with her nasty ways coz they weren't the targets. this time prats gets to be her dart board so she is shedding crocodile tears now. i wonder y arushi was always allowed to interfere in matters that didn't concern her & allowed to diss any1 she wanted,anywhere she wanted, not caring about time, place or person. sucksenas r all hung up on tehzeeb yet this is wat the professor taught them?

Bec all felt that she was kid who lacked brains !! Although a sharp slap would have done wonders to her manners !!

sadly before 11th nov 2010, all that badtameezi from arushi was directed at the thakurs. her parents were ok with that, pratigya was more than ok with that. even yesterday her counter argument was shitty at best. similarly yesterday too, their parents let arushi do all talking. when it comes to krishna-pratigya, they r always jumping in to meddle. y not yesterday? y did no one shut arushi up n tell her that we'll listen to ur sister & start a bone deep inquiry into aman's activities. even that dadi was all quiet. the moment komal opened her mouth, out came disgusted, exasperated looks from the sucksenas & adarsh immediately told her to zip it.

The sax are superficial Ppl, if Komal had stated her point with tehzeeb and sanskaar..they would have accepted her view..but Komal is a straight forward girl who does not mince her words ..and such honesty are like bitter gourds to the Sax.

arushi is just being her bratty,nasty self. it is totally natural coming from her coz thats how her character has been developed from the day this show started. she doesn't even know anything about aman, he was chosen for her by her parents n sis but now that he is hers, she won't let go, no matter wat happens. she is in love with the idea of being in love. remember all those dreams she had of aman n naina enjoying the whole deal. yesterday too, naina said the most idiotic thing that arushi has more faith in aman than she has in herself 😲 OKAYYYY, based on wat?

for arushi, aman is her knight in pasty armour, u guys think a selfish, shrewish girl like her will give him up just coz her sis says so? 😆 if pratigya thought she wud b welcomed with open arms,she was frigging wrong, the sucksenas only want her to be sachai's ki devi when it concerns the thakurs, they don't want her meddling in sucksena or mathur stuff, things concerning komal r the exception here.so from now she shud stick to doing wat she always does, interfere in TN affairs whether they r her concern or not coz at TN krishna wud let her get away with murder & keep telling her i lub u i trust u , u r as pure as the driven snow.

So TRUE !! 😊

Tanths, The upbringing of the kids of the 3 families makes an interesting scenario. Despite being the uneducated they seems to be more genuine sibling relationship. Even though they fight, threaten to kill each other, there seems to be no grudges between them. Shakti's jealousy may raise its head at times but we have seen that there is a bond between the brothers.

Saxes children tend to cry over matters, keep grudges and general are stuck with bookish right and wrong. They tend to consider themselves victims and hardly look into their own behaviour. This is predominant in Adarsh, who seems to have taken this trait from his father. There is a tendency to hide stuff from their parents. Lack of trust seems apparent.

The Mathur kids dont seem to have any genuine affection among themselves nor do they seem to have any genuine feelings towards their tyrant father. All IGs kids are a disappointment.

Another thing I found interesting is that Pratigya only seemed to cry over the fact that none of her family believed her and not once did she think of tackling the issue differently. She did not think to call Aman's bhabhi to confirm the news that it was her in the mall and nor has she shown the initiative to find a way to trap Aman. Only after Krishna suggested did she call the Bhabhi and only after Krishna got angry did he take the initiative to teach Aman a lesson.

I sometimes wonder whether their need to hide things from the the parents stem from the fact that they are fearful of the consequences that may arise out of confession or their implict and unshakeble trust that their parents are incapable of protecting them [I think it is latter ]and also ..they have this infinite fixated thought they are the victims ..they continue to guard this notion despite the fact they will be the ones who normally trigger the events...and for young ppl, they are surprisngly obstinate in embracing new idea's....so far I have seen Krishna's frnd's..Shakthi's frnds..but I have never seen Aadarsh's frnds .


The mathurs ..lead their own life and are busy in covering their dual life that they dont have any time to establish a bond ..

Pratigya is woman of idealism ..she knows the right and wrong but doesn't know how to fight them..it is Krishna with his practicality who comes with numerous ways to solve this problem..

It is funny that Aman believes his cat and mouse game is with Pratigya yet he has not fully understood Pratigya's character that she only likes to expose the wrongs but is unable to find the solution. His real mind game should be with Krishna who has the smartness to not only expose but bring the end of the solution to the problem.

Aman has seen Krishna beating, he has never encountered him when he is applying logic ...nor has he witnessed him when he is ruthless ...in fact I am beginning to wonder whether the prior encounter's where Krishna came across as a rude stuck up prince was to disarm Aman ...

Aman think that Krishna is useless guy who talks, dependent on father whereas Pratigya fought to get the truth about the father ...so he is under the mistaken impression that Pratigya is the industrious one ...he does not know Krishna and how he ferreted out the truth about Angad's complaint ...let him live in fool's paradise ..lets see him when his bubble breaks..😆
