Yeah, right. Where is the bun in the oven if she is bhabhi? Prats has seen her before. Why the secrecy at the hospital? Gaurav is there to take his wife to the doctor if needed, it's not like he is traveling and the unemployed lawyerwa takes his bhabhi around town. They have cars to take them around if need with a driver too. Gaurav has already laid claim to his child.
