I remember that they both seem to have had a girlfriends and both seem to settle for wives their father would approve of. I dont think there is any love between Gaurav and his wife. Not even a glance between them has occurred. So them having a child is not based on love between the couple but what society expects married couples to do once they are married.

I do think IG is domineering in the same way as SS is, but just more refined in his behaviour. The women in the household may have a little more say than the Thakur women but they don't seem to have any influence over the decisions made. IGs word is the last word. Just like SS is with his wife and Shakti.

Yes Star ...I had mentioned in some thread that the Mathurs are democratized Thakurs ..Apart from the fact Kesar speaks here ...there is pretty much little difference ...

Got it. Prats told Arushi to keep it to herself. Arushi agreed. Krishna never told her to lie. Prof. asked Arushi about it she lied. It's going to blow up in Saxes face and rona dhona again. How will Adarsh save/protect this sister now? Komal won't spare them for Arushi's hitting her brother.

It makes sense why IG made that statement to Sax that day when he said "when it comes to my work, relationships don't have a place" Shamu as usual ignored or misread it. He will be raked for the lies by IG later.

On Krishna's b'day when Shamu told Dadi and Nainaji that Aman was Ram that was the first thought that came to me, he will sideline Arushi after marriage. Add to it she tells in y'day episode (here) that Aman should love her as his beebi completely she is not his saali sahiba to love her in half measure that made Aman uncomfortable. It's interesting trend I noticed. After watching an episode online that night we watch show on TV here the TV version was often a reminder or prelude to what we saw online.
