Yes that is a possibility but then her family background could also be questionable I doubt he got stuck he married her hence he loves her and the pregnancy was no mistake he seemed pleased at the hospital !!! He does not love Arushi I am quite confident with that fact he proposed in a day he knows nothing about her just the fact that she and her family can be easily manipulated that was enough for him !!
