What does Diwali mean to you?
Diwali is the festival of lights but at the same time I dont like crackers which are the cause of noise and air pollution. I feel very proud of our festivals like Diwali, Navratri and Durga Pooja. From childhood I have closely seen the celebration of Durga Pooja on the large scale.
How excited are you about Diwali Dilon Ki?
I really liked the way STAR Plus has conducted this special episode on Diwali. I liked the whole set up and the idea that STAR Parivaar family is celebrating Diwali. I really enjoyed my performance though I was quite nervous for sharing stage with Malaika Arora Khan but everyone liked our performance.
What is the significance of Diwali for you?
Its about celebration of victory. This festival says that truth always triumphs. The Lakshmi pooja is conducted which means we are pleasing Goddess Lakshmi to give us prosperity.
