I thought this is an english forum for educated and literal people who are sharing their thoughts.It would be appreciated if people are civilized and respect others.
Civilized and uncivilized...doesn't that depend on perception's ....I am genuinely interested to know ..what/who exactly are civilized people ??...
As for behoodi,abe and many more..shud not that be the call of the recipient .....it shud be the decision of the recipient whether she/he wants herself to be adressed in such terms.....If each and every post followed a set code..then the uniformity of the content will make this a stale and boring forum..it is the vibrancy,vividity and the colorfulness of the posts which makes this forum hop and jump....
This is an english forum..Anu ...but the discussion is on a hindi serial..and sometimes things are best expressed when we switch to the root language.....and respecting non-hindi speaker's ...an attempt to provide an english translation is also done...
There are some unique characters in the show ..who raise the viewer's hackles...and the posters let out their steam ..A couple of them might not know elegant and polished formal english and may adopt common english as their means of expression..is that wrong..surely one cannot expect all the members to conform to a certain benchmark....knowing proper english is not the criteria to post in this forum...Passion,pure and unadulterated passion for the show is the requisite criteria for posting ..
...Lastly I would like to share my thoughts..I do not expect the posters who post here to conform to my views,standards nor do I tell them directly/indirectly as to what is done or not done [for it is the duty of the mod to decide that] ...but yes ..any post/poster which/who offends my sensibilities ...I choose to ignore...
