Exactly Dye both pushed each other to such an extreme in that last segment that She had to utter those words, But first she assured him by shouting that " Kiynky hum tum sey piyar karte hain"
And then wanted him to realize that how much it hurts when he pretends to deny reality, He knows that he loves her and she loves him but was hung up on one misconception, as i would name his suspicions. She told him that love is beyond all this, just give a little chance and have a little faith in his own love.
