Krishna brings back Aarushi to safe zone..He stops the jeep and gives her quick look filled with shame,embarrassment and guilt , Visibly shakes off his lethargy and Says "No need to worry , Shakthi Bhai will not do anything anymore [u are not aware of Shakthi's new Pratigya ] just relax ".. Aarushi "I can understand Jeeju [Thunder storms and lightning..do my ears deceive me.................. did she *Gulps,Takes a long, calming breath * just call him Jeeju ??😲😲] I wanted to tell u,pls support Pratigya always, A woman always wishes for her husband to support her in moments of happiness and sadness woman will fight the world for her husband but the same husband's slight anger will break her internally ,Pls Take care of Didi [immediately Krishna will look at her and say mmm, but there is a dull ache in his eyes,a weariness and tiredness , as if all this is just a front , and Pratigya never considered him to be husband ,and she will never fight for him ]..After the small talk..Krishna tells her to get off the jeep , picks up her luggage ..and takes her to the door step of Sax..rings the bell and is cordially invited by Sax and offered a seat ...All are smiling !!
The usual pleasantries are enquired..and Krishu replies, he is bursting with health ..Guruji is all concerned about Krishna's health and tells him, u could have come in the morning to drop Aarushi , why come in the night in the cold weather,his health being not good, Krishna lays the blame squarely on Aarushi and says, ur daughter loves u so much , she obstinately began to say ,want to go home ",did not want disappoint her..so had to bring her back at this hour " so saying Krishna smiles.
Guruji showing his blindness says "Keep smiling like this " Krishna's smile freezes ..let ur's and Pratigya's love always grow [Krishna feels uncomfortable ] we parents only want our kids to be happy [Krishna has retreated to his hell , and is feeling the pain ] but still manages to up a smiling mask ..Guruji acknowledges that what he did for Pratigya , only a true Husband who loves his wife deeply will do ..Krishna manages to crack a smile but Guruji's words lances his raw wound, his eyes reveal the agony he is going thru...but as usual the sax are blind to the feelings of other's....Now Dadi butts in saying looks like everything is getting normalized between the two families...Krishna gives a scoffing smile but maintains a tactful silence.
This threw up a few surprising elements ...first since when has Aarushi accepted Krishna as her jeeju and that too adressed him in such a respectful tone..gone was the arrogance and comtempt in its place there was a deference and politeness ...and she also seemed to have grown up overnite, there is a new found maturity and wisdom in her words ..the sax were actually delighted to see Krishna and were very vocal in expressing their delight and Krishna was the perfect Son in law..did not take one potshot at Sax's sudden hospitality...
Krishna has made an assurance that nothing will happen to Aarushi, we can safely conclude something is going to happen to Aarushi and Krishna will be the main sutradar who will save Aarushi..Seeing the sax's all smiles means ,,Gloom and doom are striding steadily towards this chailand ...and as usual the Sax will be caught napping but this time the fault will not be entirely theirs...for Krishna too has to share blame for foisting this catastrophe on them.....
Meanwhile in T Mansion, SS is unplugged and he is going full steam railing against the shamelessness and treachery of Sax's family and more parrticularly against Pratigya, finally he orders her to get out of his house..." Hey Bauji " comes a growl ....everybody turn to look at the source of the sound and there standing very still and radiating promise of retribution to any nitwit who dares to accuse his wife , eyes spitting sparks stands the Nawab of Allahabad.... in stalks the young and strong and regal lion brimming with strength and vitality radiating an aura of confidence and menace in equal measures, he goes up to his father looks him in the eye " before you even say anything regrettable [lifts his finger at Pratigya ] don't forget she is my wife [glowers at his father ]...I have as much trust in her as [pointing at his mother ] as I have in my Mother .."..Pratigya is overwhelmed..
Amma cant take this insult lying down..she immediately gives tongue "Aye Baba, [Baba turns to look at her ] what are u saying, I carried u for nine monthhs *did the other mother's carry their babies for 3 months or less *,not this girl..she is after ur life and u are comparing ur Mother to such an woman ..why are u insulting ur Mother ?" Krishna "I am not insulting ...emphasizes it by raising his hand and repeating it again ,I am just talking about the trust a husband has on his wife, The accusation's u are hurling at her is completely wrong..This is my wife ...PRATIGYA..Pure as the river Ganga and I have no doubts on her [All 3 turn to take a look at this Pavitra Ganga,Amma in jealousy, SS disdainfully and Krishna silently assuring her of his support and the Pavitra Ganga has eyes only for Krishna and is drawing her strength from him..and the champion uncomplainingly gives her what she needs now , at this juncture..his unstinting,unconditional support ..]
SS recovers and lays a hand on Krishna , Krishna turns towards SS .."u are comparing Amma with this fallen woman , so much has happened and you are still saying that she is white and pure like Milk " lifts his hand to give a resounding slap to Krishna..But Krishna will not allow it, he grips SS hands in midway and gives a bleak look , after eons of giving a cold look, seems to realize he is gripping his father's hands , takes a deep breath, immediately brings his other hand and makes it look like he is clasping his hand and not stopping it [ A very beautiful moment here, when Krishna realizes that he is insulting the very man who gave birth to him, he immediately makes to do as if he is clasping his hand, which is instantly acknowledged by SS in his brief pressing of Krishna's hands ....quite touching ] responds "she is not pretending to be like the white colored milk, She is ...She is even cleaner and purer than Milk " and gives a long look filled love and a plea for understanding , but SS snatches his hand back, refuses to understand..
Krishna turns to look at Pratigya walks AWAY from his parents and walks TOWARDS Pratigya ...stands in front of her looks at her ..There is a resolve in his look, an unwavering commitment to uphold her dignity, a steely determination to protect her at any cost,Pratigya looks at him in anguish, gratitude and love ..He turns towards his family looks grimly at them and thunders "I am going to tell u something, I f any body will say anything against my wife, then they will have to suffer ...understand one thing , My wife is completely chaste,she is pure like the Ganga and the sacred fire,and those person who will try to badmouth her, I will break my relation with them...looks straight at his Father, gives a hard look..be it ANYONE "..Bauji gets the message
he turns and walks to the room * earlier whenever there were confrontations at the end of it, he would hold Pratigya's hand and drag her away, this time although he supports her , he does not even go near her, gives her a wide berth and walks off quietly without even pausing to look at her, how heart broken the poor chap is * Pratigya turns and dashes behind Krishna...
She walks up to Krishna and pours out her gratitude and happiness that he has accepted the truth about her plight ..but Krishna who was looking lost and sad immediately fires up gives her a piercing look " whatever I did was just a show put for the benefit of the family, but in my inner world, the fire that u have lit up has not been smothered..from the time I came to know about the Angad gate, i am unable to come out of the shock, I am being tormented each and every moment " he looks at her in misery, hurt and pain..seeing his emotional state Pratigya's eyes fill up...Krishna turns away unable to witness her tears..Pratigya looks on in sadness and compassion at this tortured soul who is being killed every second by the visions of betrayal and yet never ceases to support , who is writhing in pain but still cant bear to see her in pain, who will not allow anyone to hurt her but cant desist from hurting her himself..whose soul is crying in silent torment yet cant see her in tears and moves in unconsciously and impulsively to wipe off her tear..
Pratigya looks on at her wounded and suffering Knight ..her willing protector, her armour,and shield ,,he will deflect all the poisoned arrows and barbs thrown at her and and absorb it himself and never allow the poison to reach her ...he will die for her but will not let her die..
