Sita does not leave Ram ..Ram orders her to go ...but let us not get ahead and wait and see..so far the comparison with sita was to denote...that Pratigya is just like Sita, pure of body, Mind and Heart ..and Krishna by kneeling down acknowledges this fact ....

she does, there is a version where after the agni pariksha, mother earth cracks up n Sita goes in...

that is uttar khand ..😊 ..she hands over the responsibilities of her Son's upbringing to Ram ...and goes to Maika ...and Ram will find solace in the golden statue of Sita ....
