She is finally noticing that Krishna doesn't keep things from her. There may be a little guilt involved in keeping him out of the loop with the truth esp. after he gave her a very honest and truthful talking to about using him in the name of friendship. She realizes he knows half the story and one way or the other the case is going to bring it all out, so to save herself grief and anger from Krishna (justifiable since he has asked her to come clean with the whole story) she wants to tell him everything now.

My only question is, is she so slow on the uptake that her brain doesn't figure that the truth will eventually come out when she least expected it? Esp. after the truth about Angad kidnapping came to light just recently. She was angry at Krishna about lying about fake pregnancy. Yet she bought into Prof. reasoning that Krishna could hurt someone or walk out on the marriage.

Isn't that outcome still possible now that she has changed her mind? So nothing but her perception has changed. All other factors are still the same. This time around she can't blame Krishna at all. He even asked her "is there anything else I should know, I am already prepared". Why not tell him right then and there? Getting her father's permission was only stroking the old man's ego and buying herself some time which doesn't serve a purpose.

She has dug the hole deeper and I'd be interested in seeing her take full responsibility for her choices, decisions and mistakes without making Krishna the scapegoat with her faltu reasoning just to get herself off the hook. Now that would be reality and something a strong woman would do, own up to her behavior and take responsibility for it.
