This is not the United States. You are not a lawyer in LA Law

you are in Illahabad. A small town in Northern India. small towns breed corruption in the justice system and police system becasue there is no powerful watchdog body. this is why town panchayats and tribal councils are a parallel form of governement that are very influential and even the police and jsutice system does not take them on becasue the judges lawyers and cops live in the same community as these people.

applicable provisions of the Indian Penal Code are just written words. they are only powerful when put in effect.

Crime thrives in little cities in India because there is NO ENFORCEMENT OF LAWS, JUDGEMENTS and it is not lawyers who win cases but JUDGES THAT DETERMINE CASES. Judges and Judgements and Police protection can be shall we say swayed in one's direction based on the level of influence.

lawyers are debaters with a really good knowledge of the rule book does not make them the guardians of justice.

there is so much strength in the Indian Penal Code 🤣🤣 ok tell me another one my friend. the last one had me in splits😆

Haven't rewatched the show today. Was busy so couldn't post my thread. You already had a thread discussing the most point of the episode today anyways. The only part that was even worth mentioning was the job fair booths with these lawyers waiting. Who were these lawyers ..........ambulance chasers? 😆😆😆

At one point didn't he say something to Krishna about ending up in jail? So he is threatening to throw the book at him for breaking three glasses? Was he trying to scare Krishna? He doesn't know Baba yet,😉 that's the problem.

Imagine if Prat's were to stray in Lawyer wa's direction. Krishna will spill more pearls of wisdom and stump the lawyer with questions like he did Prats yesterday.😆😆😆😉

Krishna called him akhbar wala. i think that is what irritated him. Arre why can u not see that I am a lawyer.

i think his threat was not because of the glasses but because krish held him byt he collar.

can I tell you when they had each others collars. Krish displayed anger by lowering hsi eyebrows. bas. this other guy. he was shown with jaw quivering with anger. lips scrunched. brows together. full full anger. no subtlety. I think Prats should go for him and Krish should leave her and marry some thakurain.

Hope . I see The lawyer inroduced to sidetrack or displace Krishna . To now make Pratigya shine and to show the battle between Pratigya and SS and later between Pratigya and GuruMa. . I see the story clearly now...........its Pratigya against Sajjan Singh and Guruma. Krishna was a lure to get us in . . They cud have easily continued the story further ,,,,,,,,,,of Krishna getting huffier and huffier but they showed a total about turn . It is unacceptable and unbelievable That Krishnas feelings lack so much credibility . . Suddenly today like a buffoon he was acting like Pratigyas lapdog again ..yesterdays serious anger showed no continuation .It vanished .poof !

He fought for , of all the things , WATER .

The lawyer was given all the cream actions , dialogues , styles .What do we make of this ? He is everything Krishna isnt and so 'layak' of Pratigya ? Tum mere Layak nahi ho all over again ?

The REAL HE MAN , huh ? Educated yet has brawn , and shows Krishna how cheap he really is ............how he is NOTHING ?

And Pratigya , using Krishna for bike rides and hobnobbing with this lawyer full day uNDER his nose , to get her Dad outta prison while Krishna looks on jealously and impotently .

This Show Hope is to glorify Pratigya . Personally I feel she is a robotic lead , unromantic and dull , extremely selfish and dominating and very low in IQ .

They cut Krishna down to size by dumbing him , making him her lapdog ., now bringing in another lead .

Just when we were expecting Pratigya to run after him a little while he was getting married to sumone else , lo behold they heard us and went and did exact ulta.....they introduced another guy for Pratigya.

Now she will tell Krishna tum chup Raho even in front of this lawyer all the time . The Maayka was not enough .

The way she scolded him today was not enough .

Hope Im getting fed up of this serial .The character Pratigya gets on my nerves and CVS r promoting her like anything but I think with the new lead sympathy will flow to Krishna and Pratigyas TRPS will fall down .

As Far as Naina and Prof go , the moment I saw their Rotdu faces I felt like puking . The way they cry and look constipated ALL the time is very sickening . And what Patni or MAA dialogues yaar .In the JAIL , of all the things .Naina obviously had a very dissatisfied marital life with the stupid Prof it seems . One cud read between the lines .

one more thing . The lawyer is apt as a lead for Pratigya .Both make bombastic , unrealistic , kiddish statements bout their own worth .

heyi'm the second type ofkrishna fan who didn't like the unnecesaary fight etween them.i mean cv's have never shown krishna involving in uselesss fights,then why now. those who are feeling that the new guy has completely overshadowed arhaaan's acting and the character of krishna it's just b'cozzzzz he has got such powerfulll dialouges otherwise idid'nt feel anything speciall in him.but i still don't get why the cv's has turned krishna's character in such a dumb one.they are using his chaarcter as a 'CHABI VALA GUDDA '.

i wanna ask pearl who keeeps on saying that kishna is her fav. one than why is she potraying him as aside character.

It's time for Pearl Grey to give her loyal viewers another interview to clarify where this is all headed.

The TRPs in the next few weeks will speak for itself.

In the interview, Piyush said that he will come to straighten Tede mede log...if he is going to straighten tede mede log...then what is the need for Pratigya ...will she be in the back burner

or if this 2 sachayi ka murath's are going to team up and spread their version of Truth...where will that leave Krishna ..?

if this was a cameo, i would not have bothered...but the article says that his will be a long running role and HIS family will introduced pretty soon ....and that gives rise to many speculations....

in the beginning ,it was a woman's fight against atrocities and then love story and now court room drama ...where is this heading....

This serial sprouting heads as if it is in competition with Ravan.........

As a point of clarification, I just rewatched the scene you quoted and he said and I quote'Do you know who I am - I am Krishna thakur

he did not use his last name or the name of his father

as for the explanation about Thakur. I have explained it in a previous post so I will not regurgitate.

As for the other instances, please do quote them and I will check them ALL OUT and respond to each and every one of them.

As someone who is not a fan of krishna but rather who sees him as an amusing uneducated thug I can appreciate the reason you are not as observant about the nuances and uniqueness of this novel character

Hope i just watched the episode 2nd time and Actually he neither said Krishna Thakur or name of his father ..but still he said KISKE BITWA so which means indirectly he used his father's name..I havent seen him using his father's name be4 even when he was stalking prats...To my understanding i felt he did use to his father's name by saying this Kiske bitwa.....me too felt the fight was unneccessary..instead they cud have showed by mistake Aman Bumping in to prats and that where krishna got into fight,That wud have been realistic...this Akbhar master JUG do is total funny...and wutz up the with lawyers sitting under a stand..is this how the indian attorneys wait for mukaddmas??
here in US there is noway u can meet an attorney just like that...after going thru their assiant we may be able to talk to them on phone...i know allahabad is a small town but phir bi ,aisa pehle kabi nahi dekha meine Hindi picture se bi nahi...

had the lawyer bumped into Pratigya and then Krishna picked up a fight,then It would put Krishna on a higher moral ground and made this lawyer a normal guy on the contrary by showing the pettiness of Krishna they are highlighting the strength and virtue of the lawyer and weakness and shallowness of Krishna ....KIlling two bird with one stone !!

Only worry , The CV's wake up in time and don't indulge in SS type of acts.....Shooting ur foot ,ur self..

in yesterdays epi he said Kiske Bitwa - I agree he referred to his father in that statement which BTW I thought was ridiculous and citicized in my title post becasue it was misaligned with his character

the scene I was talking about in my earlier post is not from yesterdays epi but was one that athena mentioned to prove that Krishna used his fathers name liberally for dumb insignificnt reasons - where they go for a movie (before kesars maha epi) and he is arguing with the guy checking the tickets at the entrance. You can check it out too if you have any doubts about my conclusion.

what I was trying to say is that he does not loosely pull the SS card and definitely not for a jug of water. he is not a buffoon. that is not the character sketch. those of us who fall in the second group of krishna fans know the character inside out. we can smell a rat the minute we see it and all the posts on this thread show that we have smelled a rat
