If someone can portray a character so realistically that it makes viewers react intensely (makes their blood boil at her character's behavior) then the actor has done his job. That's true of a very goody goody character as well.

Even Angadwa and Ganti dadi got a nominations. The only ones with no nominations from Pratigya were Katra Naresh, Piasiya and Arusiwa and Pratigya's dadi, Allwere annoying characters on some level.😕

Prof, Nainaji, Komal and Adarsh didn't win from Sax family (this family wasn't so popular with viewers compared to the SS family) and Ganti dadi and Kesar didn't win from SS family. They were mostly side roles so it's understandable. Mrs. & Mr. SS and Mrs. & Mr. Baba pretty much won the awards for the show and they are the strongest characters.
