pratigya was sitting in the drawing room of dr.mehra's house on the grand sofa...while he sat in frnt of her......
shyam ji and adrash were told to move out as he needed to ask her some questions privately..
pratigya sat quietly,hands folded on her lap...she felt tensed....
doc mehra------tum ghabrao mat.....main tumse aisa kuch nhi puchunga jisse tum ghabra ja sakti ho...bas tumhe mere saamne apne dil ka bharas nikalna hain.....tum samajh rahi ho na?
pratigya looked up at him,her eyes had started to change expression... doc.mehra understood that his wrds were having effect...
he got up-------chalo mere saath......
pratigya----kahan?
doc.mehra------chalo na....ek game khelte hain...
pratigya-----game? kaisa game?
he pursued her more----are chalo naa.....
she followed him,confused....
he lead her into a dark chamber with no windows or any type of outlet....in short it was an air tight dark chamber wich he led her into......
pratigya cud nt go inside,her feet trembled... doc. mehra pulled a chair frm the corner of the room and put it in the centre.... then he called out at her----pratigya....andar aajao......
pratigya slowly stepped inside the chamber......doc.mehra made her sit down on the chair.... then he went and closed the door....evrythng became dark at once.....it felt to pratigya that she had become blind......she closed and opened her eyes repeatedly bt cud nt guess any difference.... unable to keep her panic she shouted out-----doc. mehra....aap humje kahan le aye hain...hume yahan se nikaliye plz....hume darr lag raha hain....
after shouting for sometime,suddenly she heard somethng.....some voice...it seemed to her that somebody was calling her name frm far......all she heard was a monotonous------pratigyaaaaaaa.....pratigyaaaaa.......... repeatedly....
her eyelids became heavy slowly and soon she cud nt keep her eyes open anymore....she tossed back her head and closed her eyes.....
she didnt know for how long she had been in that manner wen suddenly she opened her eyes...... somnebody called her name...this time it was clearer and louder.....
pratigyaaaa....pratigyaaaa-----the voice said-----uth jao pratigya aur mujhe ye batao.....kisse tum itni nafrat karti ho? kisse pratigya? batao.....kaun hain woh jo tumhare is halat ke liye zimedaar hain....bolo pratigya kaun hain woh?
the voice was so pesuading that pratigya had to open her mouth at last...she shouted-------- un sabse.....un sab se nafrat karti hun......nafrat karti hun unlogo se........insaan nhi hain woh log.......haiwaan hain haiwaan.....
she started to breathe heavily......
the voice became gentler-----pratigya naam batao kisse nafrat karti ho tum? aur kyun? kya kiya hain usne....ya fir unlogo ne?
pratigya------dhokha......dhokah diya hain un logo ne hume aur hamari saheli.....hamari suhani ko....... tears rolled down her cheeks as she uttered the name of suhani........-----------woh chillati rahi....chikhti rahi.....hum dekhte rahe......kuch nhi kar paye hum.......hum sirf dekhte rahe....aur fir..........
pratigya shut her eyes tightly and shrieked........she cudnt recall the scene in her mind.......it caused her a lot of pain........
then she slowly opened her eyes, anger bursting frm her eyes.... she hissed-----nhi chodenge usko.....kabhi nhi chodenge......sabko barbad kar denge...... BARBAD KAR DENGE SABKO!!!!!!!!!
she shrieked and shouted and her anger flowed out like the lava of a volcano....all these years she had kept them hidden inside the poor heart........where the hatred had slowly reached its limit.....
she became calm as soon as she heard that eternal voice agen-------pratigya......tumne abhi tak kahan nhi hain ki uska naam kya hain jo tumhare aur tumhari saheli ki halat ke liye zimedaar hain? uska naam batao pratigya......
at frst she was quiet for a few seconds,then her lips slowly parted and a name came out of her lips unconsciously-------THAKUR BALDEV SINGH..........
doc. mehra was shocked to hear the name....he hadnt expected this at all....nt evn in his wildest dreams.....the thakur family was the most renowned and well-respected family in the whole town and nobody cud evr thnk that there cud be such a criminal in their family,a child rapist !!!!!!!
he tried to become sure....he asked pratigya----thakur baldev singh? yaniki thakur sajjan singh ka chota bhai?
pratigya shouted out agen----haan haaan wohi wohi.....woh kutta.......
doc mehra realised that it had become too much for that day and he cud nt give anymore strength on her brains.....
he tried to make her fall asleep and she started dozing off after few moments......

doctor saab pratigya thk to ho jayegi naa?----shyam ji asked dr.mehra....he was as usual tensed for his daughter...
doc mehra assured him-------haan professor sahab aapki beti aab bilkul thk ho jayegi......shayad humne aapse kaha nhi hain par aapki beti ko thk hone ke liye ya to kisike liye beinteha pyaar uski dil mein honi chahiye....ya fir utna hi nafrat.......us nafrat ko humne apke beti ke sine mein jaga diya hain....aab woh bilkul normal ho jayegi.......ekdum ek sadharan ladki ki tarah.....
shyam ji felt overjoyed at the news.....he cudnt believe that he was nt dreaming and that the doctor had assured him that his daughter will be fine......
shyam ji-----doctor saab aapka shukriyada kaise karoon...samajh mein nhi aa raha hain.....
doc mehra smiled bt then suddenly he remembered somethng and said hurriedly------o ha ek baat......pratigya ko kisi bhi tarah thakur sajjan singh ki haveli ya fir uske rishtedaaro se dur hi rakhiyega........
shyam ji was surprised----thakur sajjan singh? kyun? isse thakur sajjan singh ka kya lena dena?
doc. mehrta sighed and related the whole experience of hypnotising pratigya to him...... as he cntinued to hear it,his eyes became wide in terror.......
shyam ji-----docrtor saab aab jab pratigya ko saab yaad aa chuka hain....kya is baat se koi khatra to nhi hoga?
doc. mehra nodded his head----preatigya ko aab khatra sirf ek hi insaan se ho sakti hain...woh hain baldev singh...agr pratigya apne nafrat ki aag mein kuch kar baithi to...........
shyam ji shuddered at the vry thot of it.... he muttered to himself----aisa kuch nhi hoga....pratigya ko kuch nhi hoga.......

pratigya was sitting quietly in her room wen rohli came inside.... pratigya smiled at her bt was a bit surprised to see her face....it looked as if she had stolen somethng....
pratigya----rohli? baat kya hain....chehra aisa kyun hain tumhara?
rohli at frst tried to make sure that noone was there... then quickly she crept up to pratigya's bed and took her hand... she pushed somethng into her palm....
pratigyasaw that it was a paper----ye kya hain?
rohli put her finger on her lip and said----sshhhh....kisiko pata nhi chalni chahiye.....
pratigya whipered----lekin ye hain kya?
rohli----tumhare liye letter hain....pado.....
pratigya---hamare liye? kiska letter...?
rohli cud nt help smiling----aab kitne diwane hain tumhare ye to hum nhi jante bhai.....bas itna pata hain ki ye letter krishna ka hain....aab pado bhi jaldi......
pratigya face lightened up for a second and then became gloomy agen... she put down the letter.....
rohli----kya hua? padi kyun nhi?
pratigya----nhi rohli....ye thk nhi hain....aarushi krishna ko pasand karti hain aur ismein hum bich mein kaise.....
rohli tried to keep her voice as low as possible although pratigya's wrds made her temper rise a little----are yar....tum kahan bich mein aa rahi ho? pratigya krishna TUMHE pasand karta hain.....aur TUMSE pyaar karta hain....yehi batane ke liye usne tumhe bulaya hain aaj....
pratigya looked up at her------tumhe kaise pata?
rohli smiled mischieviously------tumhara letter ho aur hum nhi padenge aisa bhi ho sakta hain kya?
pratigya didnt have any answer...she cudnt understand wat to do in such a situation...it was nt that she didnt like krishna....she liked him a lot...bt she did nt want to hurt her sister.....
rohli cntinued persuing her.....ultimately she agreed--------thk hain baba hum chalenge......
rohli hugged her tightly----o pratigya hum tumhare liye kitneee khush hain......hum bata bhi nhi sakte.....

krishna was dressed in a black satin shirt and jeans with a navy blue jacket over him.....he looked dashing... he waited for pratigya under the shade of the decoration he had made specially for her.... he had called her in a beautiful garden like place,wich was fully decorated with lights and crystal garlands........ he wanted to make her feel heaven wen he wud disclose his real identity to her....that he was THAT krishna whu once was her evrythng.....her frnd,her well-wisher,her playmate as well as a shoulder to cry upon......
soon he heard some footsteps behind him and turned back at once only to see pratigya walking towards him with rohli... she wore a beautiful looking red salwar and her hair lay loose at her back....
krishna came forward to greet them....
hii---he said to rohli.....she smiled
then he turned at pratigya------hi pratigya.... his voice was really vry different this time...
pratigya gave a short shy "hi".......
rphli said to krishna----thk hain krishna aab hum chalte hain...tum zyaada der tak pratigya ko rok ke mat rakhna.....warna uske ghar mein sabko pata chal jayega...thk hain?
krishna----hum khayal rakhenge....
rohli hugged pratigya once more and whispered into her ears----bye pratigya...aapna khayal rakhna....
she walked away.......
pratigya looked up at krishna and smiled-----baat kya hain?
krishna offered her his arm----chale?
she took his hand----hm......
he lead her to the place he had designed specially for her......under that shade.... pratigya looked around her...she was mesmerised...she had nvr seen somethng like this before......
krishna made her took her seat... then he sat down in frnt of her....
pratigya-------aab batao krishna.....plzzz.....kya kehnewale the tum?
krishna smiled strangely and then suddenly he said--------kaisi ho rani?
at frst pratigya's face did nt show any kind of change.... then slowly sweat appeared on her forehead...krishna did nt notice it....he cntinued pouring his heart out to her-------rani humne tumhe ek hi jhakte mein pehchaan liye the....par dukh to is baat ki hain ke tum hamara naam janne ke baad bhi hume pehchan nhi payi.........tum hume bilkul bhul gayi thi haina? kitne tajjub ki baat hain...hume rehte to isis shehar mein the....lekin ek dusre se itne dur ho gaye ki ek dusre ke shakal tak bhul gaye.....kyun?
pratigya's eyes became narrow and red......she rolled her fingers into tight fists to keep her anger in cntrol
krishna-------pratigya humne soch liya hain....hum apne ghar par sabko bata denge ki hum tumse pyaar karte hain......-----he blushed at his sudden slip of a tongue and smiled at himself------haan pratigya....hum pyaar karte hain tumse......aaj se nhi balki saalon se.........aur hum shaadi bhi karna chahte hain...................
pratigya threw back her chair and got up at once....krishna was totally taken aback at her reaction... he came over to her and tried to console her....she pushed him hard.......
pratigya-----hamare paas bilkul mat aana.......thakur krishna singh...........humse dur raho......
krishna tried to touch her agen... this time she picked up the knife wich was on the table... she showed it to krishna and said------humne kahan na? humare paas mat aana? dhokebaaz......!!!! jhute!!! makkar!!!!
krishna was too shocked to speak properly-----p...pratigya....kya ho gaya hain tumhe? kya tumhari tabiyat thk nhi hain? pratigya tum aise kyun baat kar rahi ho?
pratigya played with the knife in her hands...she smiled cruelly-----kyun? darr gaye? tab bhi darrkar bhag gaye the naa? darpok chuha......
krishna's soft and gentle face slowly started to harden.... his tone changed------pratigya....hum dare nhi the......aur hum wahase bhage bhi nhi the....tumne galat matlab nikali........
pratigya shouted out to him----tum thakuron ko hum kabhi galat nhi samajh sakte!!!!!!!!! kabhi nhi.......tumhara khun ganda hain.........gande naale ke paani ki tarah hain tumlogo ka khun.......
PRATIGYA!!!!!!!-------kishna raised his hand to slap her bt that hand didnt come down on her face....krishna's body started to shake violently out of anger.........
pratigya's face twisted in disgust and without thnking for evn a second..she spat on his face....... then she turned and ran away....
krishna stood there.....his whole body shook terribly due to anger....ultimately he felt that he had lost all sense of judgement........he turned around and banged his fist on the table...the glass broke away instantly,making a loud crashing noise........ he breathed heavily for sometime and constantly advised his mind to calm down..........in few moments his temper lowered down agen... he stood up and pulled out a piece of glass wich had dug inside his flesh.....blood came sprouting out of the cut.... krishna enjoyed the pain......it lessened the pain in his burning heart.........
