First, with her name---u heard wat KRISHNA said afterwards---he too dint want her name to be changed coz he loved that name BUT he dint stand up when SS decided to change her name and IF Pratigya wasnt brave enough to stand up for herself in that junglee family...KRISHNA wouldnt have nything or nyone to support or protect!!! And just coz she stood up for herself doesnt mean she cant be scared....I mean ny woman would be scared, like Kesar, to voice their opinions in that men-ruling, women-beating family...Even though she was scared, she stood up for herself--that makes her quite a SHERNI -- ok, may be a little scared one 😆!!!

But at the end of teh day it was krishna wh made it possible for pratgiya it was who who justified her point without his supprt she wont be able to do that. i agree that she took the initiative but krishna done the whole magic by saying that he dont want her wife to change her name.

Then, the money-matter--again, I am sure u heard-- Shyam Saxena was ready to give up and adjust himself and his family according to SS's insults; It was Pratigya who reminded him wat he taught them...to not tolerate ny injustice and gave him a reason and courage to fight for himself and his family...So, just coz she encouraged her father to stand up for his reputation doesnt mean that she cant be scared for her father's safety when he is stepping on a time-bomb ie. SS's reputation...obviously she would be scared, do u think a sherni wouldnt give a damn if nything happens to her dad? well, I dont think so and that doesnt turn her into a bheegi billi !!

why didnt she took teh step earlier why now. why didnt she provokeher father before her marriage then teh situation would have been different. and when shaymji was saying all that she was giving an impression as if she s really scared with all this.

Lastly, I have read this in lots of comments--Pratigya looks at Krishna whenever she is standing up for herself or scared, like she's hoping for his support---well, does it occur to ny one that she might be looking at Krishna coz she is afraid of his actions, wat he might do if he is angry, being the one who experienced his anger first-hand (almost choking her)...I know its only my interpretation and I would say when she looks at Krishna her expression is more of that being scared than of hope for his support coz I think her actions are v. clear on wat she wants from KRISHNA and thats not love or support.😛.

here i will agree with u she never ever looked at him for help insteda if she would have looked at him like that he would be really pleased to do that. but i am hopefull that in future she'll be dependent on him for that

I think the creatives are doing a great job in this serial--they r giving screen time to most of the characters in a way that makes them interesting to watch...Take Shyam Saxena for example..I would say he has been more like a bheegi billi in the show but with that scene with SS, he finally came to light!!

yes they are doing fab job till now the show is going on gud pace as well i would love to see krishna's transformation into a better man.

The character Krishna has many and v. different dialogues and therefore has different expressions, which makes him very refreshing and interesting...however, I dont know if ny body noticed or its just me, but I think that the character Pratigya doesnt have many lines and therefore, v. limited expressions but when she does have long dialogues, her expressions are v. natural and not bad at all, for e.g. I think in the wedding night scene Pooja was brilliant with her expressions and dialogues...AND Arhaan is awesome everytime he opens his mouth for ny dialogue 😆!!

you have observed it so rightly she is actually portraying a character who is simple sweet shy kind of girl who is having values and plus who belongs to a family who doesn't allow such kind of things in their life.

krishna's character demand all that dialogues and expressions and they have showed it right.

infact i have always loved teh way krishna and ss interacted with each other.
