Tam is a psycho...He murdered Adarsh because Komal told Tam to find a place for himself in a month..Adarsh, Prof supported Komal..Tam feels that he should be given the royal treatment as he is the SIL of the House and that the property should be under his name...Tam believes that without hard work he should get the reward

Tam was never a good boy as we only saw what we were shown..His jealousy and lack of morality has lef him to be a killer...
