Can you guess who is the actor who plays Anuj's HIV infected informer?

Hint: You have seen him in Powder before 😊

He's the guy who "committed suicide" when he and Wasim were caught by the Mumbai Narcotics Bureau(sorry forgot the guy's name). The thought did strike my brain that I think I've seen him before.
