Ishaan u failed to see the reality and accept that your so called friend is one such person who has huge ego and thinks whole world is living only because of him . And he is the only great person in this world and rest other life's are trash.
You saw it in every phase but like a friend and well wished tried to correct him. But bottom line a person who gives a damn and ill treats his own parents , cannot care for anyone.
Samrat is brought up as a spoilt kid, where her mother is the root cause for all this.
It's hard to change them, people living around them will have to adjust or just leave that's it.
Urmi is in all false hopes. Don't tell her anything now, gradually she will see the truth herself. 😭
