yes he is enthusiasticguy but can he encourage his teammate can he inspire them ?thts what the whole issue is about... read somewhere " A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality"

he is a dreamer a fire no doubt about it but can he put same dreams in his teammates we all know he is little reluctant to open up
