I think the reason behind celebrating Shivratri out of all festivals is that this will open up a way/oppurtunity for snakes to b brought in the mahal for puja and as Ben is now out of snakes for her daily dose she will use one of these snakes and may b Jodha will c her taking the dose and then she will connect the dots of Ben being a Vishkanya!!
She already knows that vishkanyas exist as confirmed by Mirza Hakim and she knows that Ben is Abul mali's weapon. This shud b enough for her to know the whole plan of Ben!
