Its common thing as when they hav no hopes and proof enough to save someone blamed they prove that culprit is mad (plzzzzzzz JW says she is mad not lunatric or so) Ever read Shakesphere's Hamlet .
So he would get bani out of charges proving that she is mad and later take her away that is his plan i suppose.
