i think it's the original shiv. he is just behaving like that cuz he is worried about ipshita cuz anupam is not well. he can't think of any other ways to help ipshita out and that's why he is behaving like that with Gauri. and on top of that vivan is getting married with the girl he doesn't love. so shiv is upset about that, too. so that's what i think but u never know ekta. she can do all kinda weird thing so ......
