Rima, such thing do happen in reality in some places. Paro expressed her emotions very well today.

True
In rural India and many other parts such atrocities are very common

I think her aunt rejecting to recognize her is probably one of the worst things that has happened to her, worse than witnessing all the violence and being hurt physically by Rudra, as he is no-one to her at the end of the day, so the pain won't be so bad.

But when someone who is your own, someone you love and trust betrays you like that, it is worse than anything else. Even Rudra seemed shocked that her aunt could reject her like that.

I totally agree. her aunt's refusal to recognize her was like abondoning her. that was really painful

Sanaya was just awesome today portraying the pain, hurt, devastation and shock Paro is going through. Tomorrow will be the final blow. However, today we saw glimpses of the defiance and inner strength that Paro has, when completely pushed to the wall, she will push back.
These scenes must have been very difficult for Sanaya and extremely draining to do.
