Yes, the layering is not just in our minds...I like how INDIRECTLY they show it...I don't like in your face things which is what 99% of Indian TV is...no room for subtlety, just beating us over the head with "romance"...that puts me off...I like the subtle brand of things...
LOL yeah if Anshuman had heard what the sindoor promise actually meant to Paakhi, he'd deffo be running for the hills again...the man just CAN'T deal😆...she scares the hell of out of him...leaves him confused, leaves him feeling unworthy of her😆...but yes, he's grown used to the sindoor ritual...speaking of aadat...like you said, even her bringing food for him in the office has become a habit although he makes a show out of telling Tanya he hates it...yeah right, Anshuman...we weren't born yesterday...neither was Paakhi😆
And speaking of the layering...the AT scene in the office was another layered one...as Tanya senses that things have changed a bit when Anshuman unwittingly lets it slip that Paakhi brings him lunch everyday...and she comments that TUMHARI Paakhi is so smart that she knows the way to a man's heart is through his stomach😆
Interesting again that the makers are showing Tanya rubbing in the "TUMHARI PAAKHI" in Anshuman's face...it's an ever so subtle taunt😆...Tanya is affected by Paakhi even though she tries to show she isn't...and she's a shrewd one...I won't be surprised if she resorts to cheap tricks soon...like seriously the precap was quite W*F-ish😆
Oh and Tanya seems to get along with Ayaan but doesn't seem to care much for kids in general...it's all about her and Anshuman for her...Ayaan is a showpiece as far as she's concerned which she'll conveniently package off to boarding school...also is Tanya like gift central? A gift for everyone?😆
And ominous foreshadowing when she says that she wants her and Anshuman to be a couple like Girish-Lavanya...lol bad timing , Tanya...they just broke up😆
@Layering: Yes there is a pattern there.. they show it subtly in the beginning and then later on affirm to the same by showing it in a more obvious way. I definitely prefer subtle and an underrated display of depth over the in-your-face crap I usually see. Its hilarious how she scares him.. I mean he claims to be capable of handling anything thrown his way yet he is the most confused and disheveled soul I've come across whenever it comes to Paakhi AND Tanya.. he just doesn't have a clue on how to handle them. 😆 Half of the time he's just standing there with his mouth open while the world around him changes.
That 'TUMHARI Paakhi' bit was very funny. 😆 Ughh @ Cheap tricks: I wish I could say that wouldn't happen but it probably will.. especially when she starts sticking to him like a leech in the name of research. Somehow I feel Anshuman will be more irritated in the end than Paakhi.. 😆 And also somehow Tanya will clearly see how there is more to their relationship than Anshuman is letting on (well he's too busy running away himself) but Tanya will definitely notice and might even end up feeling like an outsider looking in instead of the other way around.
Tanya being a gift central 😆 That's a good one.. She is indifferent to Ayaan isn't she? Treats him like a piece of furniture which just needs the occasional attention. Tanya has no idea how much baggage Anshuman brings with him.. and seriously.. inspired from Girish and Lavanya.. err I can see how smart she is. How genuine was the greeting Lavanya and Tanya exchanged.. 🤣
Wondering when Anshuman and Paakhi will find the truth about Girish's infidelity. I have to say it was a bit unsettling to see Girish having such a normal conversation with Anshuman after Lavanya basically told him to pack his bags.. it was a nice scene but I just don't see anyone in Girish's position actually caring about guiding someone else when his own marriage is on the rocks.
