the more i watch tumhari pakhi I have this thought that keeps crossing my mind, Anshuman is very cold when it comes to love, wonder if something happened with his wife that has put him off love..just had a thought decided to share?

don't think so because they never showed him missing his wife or even a picture of her but do agree he looks like unable to love. come on he can't love his son who else will he.

I have been pondering on that thought for a while.

From the very beginning he went to Paakhi to cut her out of his life.

He is neither nostalgic or missing his wife. He never gave a thought to Paakhi for 18 years.

He rarely has any soft spot for his son. He avoids physical contact as much as possible.

His only need seems to be, left alone by Paakhi .

His constant denial whenever Girish brings up the word "Love"

I think when one cannot love oneself one cannot know how to love others.

He is not unable to love completely; deep down, he knows he can love Paakhi and give her the happiness, but its his zidd that he doesn't want to. From the beginning, he tried to get rid of her and that is exactly what he is still focusing on.

I think he doesnt want an emotional attachment with anyone. There are people who block out feelings because they think they will become weak. I feel anshuman doesn't want to become weak.

Yes correct point. There are people like that. Anshuman is defenitly one of them and more over He doest want to loose even though he know fully well that he is wrong.
