I dont think she is doing it for Singh. She is doing it for the trophy I believe. Bhabo had asked Sandhya to get the trophy somehow. So when Ms Singh asks her to cut her hair to improve performance she thinks she has to do it as she has to fulfill Bhabo's EV by winning that trophy.

Oh God if it is for Bhabo I am not at all liking it. Sandhya's individuality sacrificed for the trophy which she needs for adhering to EV 😡 and will poor Sandhya get anything after doing all this. The moment Bhabo sees her with short hair even if she wins trophy she is gonna go mad 😭

When will Sandhya understand doing anything for Bhabo is a waste of time and energy 🤢
