apu's brother

hello guys i was watching nach baliye1 video's, Then i saw apu and shilpa in the audions, When the host asked them why they were there, shilpa said we came here to cheerup archana puran sing, and she said coz parmeeth is his brother, i was wondering is he really apu's brother...........

And one more doubt about Shilpa , I heard that shilpa is from vizag(visakapattanam) is she a telugu girl...............

If they are talking about parmeeth sethi, then no, hes not actually apu's brother. They are like best friends. Apu and Parmeeth were in JJKN together, and parmeeth was RAj, where they were showed as best friends. so i gues in real life they are best friends also, almost like brothers, but they arent actualy brothers
