I actually agree with all your choices. Except I'd give Dhanush best debut, and Ranveer best actor for Lootera.

And as much as I loved Manmarziyan, I prefer Tum Hi Ho & Meri Aashiqui to it

The only reason why i chose Dhanush was cos i thought he carried the film on his shoulders..And i do think Sona was better than Ranveer..But that doesn't take anything away from him..He was brilliant as Varun..The movie as a whole was poetry in motion..

Am probably just bored of Tum Hi Ho..So i went with manmarziyan😆

I didn't think Sona overshadowed Ranveer in Lootera. Her role had more depth & came off as a better performance. I think both were equally good in that movie. Agree about Dhanush, he was awesome in Ranjhanaa!!

Yeah you are probably right..Her role was more impactful..And i always knew Ranveer was a good actor even before i saw Lootera..I literally had no opinion about Sonakshi..Thats probably why i was more overwhelmed seeing her brilliant performance😆

Best Film. Lootera and Ashiqui2

Best actor. Ranveer for both Lootera and Ram Leela...he owned it.

Best actress Sonakshi for Lootera

Best Album Lootera, Ashiqui 2 and the YJHD.

Best choreography- Badtameez dil, Saree ke fall sa, dilliwali,balam pichkari, ghagra.

Best Song Tum hi ho, Shikayatein, Manmarziyan, Sun raha hai na tu (male) and their were many good dance numbers last year.

i disliked Ranveer & Sonakshi before watching Lootera , this one movie completely changed my views on them 😆

2013 was such a disappointing year in general.

However, if I must choose, then-

Best movie- Lootera ( it was like watching a Tennyson poetry in motion, only infinitely more tender. This is what more movies should be like)

Best actress- Sonakshi for Lootera ( she has a natural acting talent, that is very rare to come by, but she is hell bent on wasting it. So I am through with the girl)

Best actor- Dhanush for Ranjhana ( He made the movie. Enough said) Rajkumar Rao for Shahid. ( He is fascinating), Ranveer for Ram Leela ( Unpopular opinion, but I thought he acted better in RL)

Best music - Lootera/Ashiqui 2

Best song- Tum Tak ( Ranjhaana)

Yes, a generally forgettable year with a few good performances.
