dude iam not new to invitro or ekta's soaps thts why i askd this question and she (ekta) wsnt so advanced wid the invitro fertilisation thing until just now usually in her soaps surrogate mother meant sleeping wid the other dude...like prerna and anurag did and soo many others in ekta's soaps!...
