Dated a foreigner clearly implies that the actress is Indian, otherwise if it was Elli, why would they even say that considering she herself is a foreigner.

As for Salman-Kangana, not bad but why is Kangana being passed around in the industry like some kind of hot potatoe...theres been strong rumors of her being with Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgan and she was for sure with that Aditya guy. and now Salman? Is she providing some kind of social service to the industry or something? hahah. I am concerned for her health and stability.
