Why EK's Jalal is still childless?

We knew that the real Jalal was very busy with wars and national's affairs. So, it is not a surprise if he don't have so much time at Harem and don't have many child although he had a Harem full with women.

But as EK never shows us any war scene, it is safe to assume that EK's Jalal spend a lot time at his Harem to solve Agra's kitchen affairs😊. It does make me wonder why EK's Jalal is still childless because with that amount of women and time he's spend at his Harem, his can be a father to a dozen newborns per day😉.
