Jai/Bani off to jail??

I'm not sure with some of the posts I've read. People are saying either Jai or Bani will go to jail and then the leap or something will happen?😕 I mean I am up to date with the updates but now I'm not too sure, I'm confused if I've missed something?😭

Or is it just people's opinions of either one or the other might be going?😊
