There is something more than meets the eye where he is concerned, that's for sure. I don't think he is already married. But I do think there's something fishy going on where he is concerned.

it could be that he is just an innocent person who is sincere about the marriage..and Paro could just lose her ideal married life because of Rudra's action...
or a guy who is sincere about marriage but is involved with the arms dealing...
there is no need for him to be black to make Rudra look whiter...
Rudra is going to be doing his duty and so is allowed to fire his gun for that...but it is going to break Paro's heart...atleast temporarily till they discover the truths surrounding their lives...
when I read the title of post my first thought is if he is already married then paro is not legal wife or widow of dat guy... but inside the post its a feeling...but for sure there must be something fishy...
