Anniversary Gift
In Ansh room:
The room was decorated with flowers, balloons and some beautiful candles. The clock struck 12:00. They cut the small cake and fed each other a piece. It was Ansh first marriage anniversary. Shiv gave her gift and asked her to open it. Anandi opened it. It was a beautiful black net saree with red border.
Shiv: Kaisa laga gift Anandi?
Anandi: Bahut sundar hai Shiv, Thank you
They both were so happy. Many things changed in this one year. They gave remember to all their memories from their first meeting, their small arguments, Shiv's realization for his love for Anandi, their marriage, Shiv's patience and finally Anandi's confession and their honeymoon.
Next Morning:
Anandi's sleep broke by sun rays and chirping of birds. She got off the bed. She felt little dizziness and nausea.
Anandi (to herself): Yeh kya ho raha hai mujhe? Shayad raat ko der se soyi issiliye.
She ignored it and then went to take bath. Shiv was awake when she came back after taking bath. He wished her "Happy Anniversary" again. He was in romantic mood but Anandi asked him to take bath.
In Main Hall of KB:
Everyone was in hall. Ansh too joined them. They took blessings from Daddu, Ira-Alok, Meenu-Anoop. Everyone then went to have Breakfast. Shiv received a call from office. He told everyone that he is having an important meeting which can't be postponed, but he will come back before lunch. Shiv left after breakfast.
Meenu-Ira started preparations for lunch. Anandi too joined them.
They had a nice family lunch after many days. After lunch Shekhars started preparations for party in evening.
In Evening:
All were in main hall and ready for party except Anandi. Bhairon and Sumitra came to attend the party from Singh family. Guests too started coming so Ira asked Shiv to look if Anandi is ready.
Shiv (while opening the door of their room): Anandi aap taiyar...
He was stunned to look her. She was wearing the saree wich Shiv gifted her with minimal jewellery and makeup. Shiv looked at her from top to bottom and again bottom to top. He went near her and whispered in her ear,
Shiv: Anandi you are looking stunning. I can't take my eyes off you. He kissed her on cheek and hugged her.
After few seconds,
Anandi: Shiv, ab hume niche chalna chahiya, sab intezar kar rahe honge.
They came down stairs. Sumitra looked at her laado and felt satisfied to look her happy with Shiv.
Shekhars brought a beautiful big cake. Ansh cut the cake and fed each other. After cutting cake, there was a couple-dance. Ansh did a dance on "Tum hi ho". While dancing, they lost in each other and get their senses back only when they heard claps of people around them. Anandi was blushing.
Then everyone joined dance floor. Suddenly in between dancing, Anandi again felt dizziness and became unconscious. She was about to hit ground but Shiv held her.
Shiv: Anandi, Anandi kya hua aapko
He sprinkled some water on her face and made her sip some. He picked her in his arms and took her to their room. Shekhars, Bhairon and Sumitra too followed him. Alok called Doctor.
Doctor came after some time. She did Anandi's checkup.
Meenu: Doctor, Anandi thik toh hai naa?
Shiv: Please Doctor, bataiye naa, achanak chakkar kaise aa gaya?
Doctor: Ghabrane ki koi baat nahi hai, in fact it's good news.
Everyone was confused.
Doctor: She is pregnant. Wo maa banane wali hai.
Anandi was conscious now.
Doctor: Abhi toh sab thik hai, par kal aap Anandi ko lekar hospital aa jaiye for further checkup and she left.
Anandi tried to get up; Shiv helped her to sit properly.
Ira and Meenu gave her blessings.
Sumitra gave her a motherly hug.
Bhairon and Sumitra left after giving blessings to Ansh.
Daddu looked at Shiv and realized that Ansh need some privacy, so he signaled everyone to go out of room. Everyone left from there, now only Ansh in room.
Shiv took Anandi's hand in his,
Shiv: Anandi aap thik toh hai na?
Anandi: Haan Shiv, main bilkul thik hun
Shiv: Mujhe yakin nahi ho raha ki aap maa... Aur main papa...
Thank you so much Anandi, aaj humare anniversary par aap ne mujhe meri zindagi ka
Sabse khubsurat aur anmol taufa diya hai.
Anandi: Thank you toh mujhe aapse kehna chahiye, meri zindagi mein aane ke liye.
Shiv: Chaliye chodiye yeh sab. Aap bataiye aapko kya chahiye beta ya beti. Waise main aapko bata doon, mujhe toh ek chotisi Anandi chahiye. Aur haan hum uska naam kya rakhenge. Waise naam se pehle hume baby ke liye shopping bhi toh karni hogi, aur...
Anandi: Bas bas Shiv, baby ke aane mein abhi bahut waqt hai
Shiv: Aaj main bahut khush hun, aur bahut excited bhi.
Anandi too was very happy to see Shiv's happiness.
Shiv: Ab aapko aaram karna chahiye, kal hume Doctor ke paas bhi toh jana hai na.
He made Anandi lay comfortably and he too lay beside her.
Finally they slept peacefully in each other's arms
