Hi,

What are your thoughts on socially crippled individuals? What makes them such? Do you think being socially crippled leads to possessiveness, even about people and objects one does not possess? How to overcome it? Could it possibly blind the person to the extent of not being able to distinguish between socially appropriate behaviors, and assess relationships for what they are?

My answers to all -- yes! 😭

Your thoughts?

Persy

I agree. In some way, their environment is responsible for their troubles and society itself can do a lot to help them!
Yet again, a nice post persy! 👏

Thank you; like what? I don't think most people have time to spend on other people or even to understand why some are reacting or behaving the way they are.😕

Where would one find such time investment from our mundane humdrum life eh?

however this is the reality of life for some folks and they perforce make adjustments with their routine and also with their own psyche ... for often it is such a caregiver that succumbs quietely to the rigors imposed in giving and affording care to the needy mentioned in your topic

well said above. apart from lack of time investment, what bothers me more is the APATHY.
